Bad news: I just started re-mulching the roses yesterday and only got about halfway done before Anika had had enough of her stroller parked by the front door, thank you very much. Lots of wet mulch piles out there this morning. Not sure how fun that's going to be to pick up. Pretty sure it's going to be less fun than if it were dry.
Good news: as much as we love warm, sunny summer mornings, it was lovely to wake up to a 60 degree morning and watch the clouds roll over the mountains and the mist settle into the valleys.
Bonus: we also got to model these, which were a gift from Aunt Becca but too big to wear last winter and, altho still a bit roomy at the moment, ridiculously adorable.
